By Greg Biggins, 247Sports: Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei sophomore quarterback Elijah Brown picked up an offer from UCLA on Friday. He’s the first player UCLA has offered in the ’24 class.
This is the third year in a row UCLA’s first offer went out to a quarterback.
