By Jacob Rudner, Sun Devil Source: When reports surfaced that the NCAA was examining Arizona State’s recruiting practices in early June, its captains thought it important to call a team meeting, according to sophomore quarterback Jayden Daniels and “Super Senior” cornerback Chase Lucas, the team’s two representatives at Tuesday’s Pac-12 Media Day.
According to Lucas, it was a fairly brief conversation. Each captain spoke, reminding the team that outside distractions are to be ignored.
