By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Washington State interim head coach Jake Dickert said sixth-year strong safety Daniel Isom (6-0, 194) and second-year cornerback Chau Smith-Wade (5-11, 180) were out on the field for Monday’s practice, and hopefully have a chance of playing in Friday’s Apple Cup.
Both players exited Friday’s 44-18 win over Arizona and did not return, with Isom shown by the TV broadcast late in the game on crutches and wearing a boot on the sideline.
