By Jeremy Mauss, KSL Sports: When it was announced that the ACC, Pac-12, and Big Ten were going to form “The Alliance” it was seen as a joke by some because the details were sparse. It seemed reactionary to the SEC grabbing Oklahoma and Texas.
Plans have slowly started to come into place and Pac-12 Commissioner George Kliavkoff knows a thing or two about being a showman with his experience as the former President of Sports and Entertainment for the MGM resorts.
