On Sunday, a USA Today writer dived deeper into the possibility and came to the same conclusion: that the former Washington State quarterback would indeed fitĀ Pete Carroll’s offense like a glove.
And that’s where Minshew, who has started 20 games for Jacksonville the past two seasons, comes into play.
