By Barry Bolton, CougFan: Washington State President Kirk Schulz offered clarity this week on what his continued role with WSU athletics will look like when the university’s “OneWSU” organizing structure takes wing this summer and, in the process, shifts the reporting line of Cougar athletics from Schulz to provost Elizabeth Chilton, who will become chancellor of the Pullman campus at that time.
