WSU walk-on receiver has clocked top speed in spring football

By Zackary Armstrong, CougFan:  It’s a question that has generated plenty of player debate this year — who is the fastest Washington State football player? Head strength and conditioning coach Dwain Bradshaw, following Thursday’s eighth spring practice at Rogers Field, said a Cougar rookie walk-on wide receiver holds the fastest miles per hour mark through the first eight days of spring football drills.

Bradshaw gave the nod to junior walk on Drake Owen, the star of last Saturday’s first spring scrimmage in the IPF, in setting the fastest speed on the first day of spring practice.
